Custom orders may require upfront payment or a deposit as agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment
Accepted payment methods include EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), credit/debit cards, and other methods specified at checkout.

Payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be added at checkout or invoiced separately.

5. Returns and Refunds
Standard in-house products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

Refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy.

All designs, drawings, and technical materials produced by Next Step Precision remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranty and Liability
We offer a limited warranty on our products as specified in product documentation.

Next Step Precision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Users must not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, with jurisdiction in Kempton Park.
